Good to know
🏡 Your Private Retreat — The Home You Saw on TV Step inside the split-level home featured on the TV show Staycation: a single-family sanctuary where original artwork and designer finishes give every room a point of view. You'll have the whole home to yourselves — including the garage game room — with space for everyone to spread out, reconnect, and actually relax. 🛋️ First Floor — Gather, Dine & Flow An open-concept living room, dining area, and modern kitchen flow into one another, built for big group dinners, long conversations, and slow mornings after a beach day. A first-floor queen bedroom (with dresser and dedicated desk) is perfect for anyone who'd rather skip the stairs or carve out a quiet work zone. A stylish half-bath sits just off the laundry hallway, which leads out to the private backyard and off-street driveway parking. 🎱 The Game Room — Where the Night Happens The real headliner: a full-size pool table and a poker table in the garage game room. Rack 'em up after the beach, deal a few hands after dinner, and let the night run long without ever leaving the house. This is the room your group will still be talking about. 🔥 The Backyard A spacious, private yard with a Weber Genesis gas grill (fresh grates, kept in top shape), so dinner can be burgers under the open sky instead of another restaurant wait. 🪟 Second Level — The Connecting Sun Porch Two queen bedrooms are joined by an enclosed, windowed porch that looks out over the backyard and the open night sky — a shared sitting spot for morning coffee or a quiet late drink, and usable in any weather. A full hallway bathroom with a soaking tub keeps mornings smooth for the whole group. 🛏️ Top Level — Private Master Suite The third-floor master is your retreat within the retreat: king bed, private en-suite bath, ample closet space, a work desk, and an in-room safe for peace of mind. 📅 High-demand weekends book up fast. Lock in your dates and come experience the Jersey Shore escape everyone's talking about.
Other Details to Note
📝 A Few Things Worth Knowing 🏘️ We're in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Gather, celebrate, and enjoy the game room to your heart's content — we just ask that you keep it respectful to our neighbors, with outdoor noise down after 10 PM. The home is for your registered group only; no parties or outside events. 🪜 The home spans three levels. There's a queen bedroom and half-bath on the first floor for anyone who'd rather skip the stairs — just note the remaining bedrooms and the master suite are up one or two flights. 🚗 The private driveway fits 2 vehicles, with free street parking out front for any extras. 🎱 The garage game room is all yours — we just ask that you keep food and drinks off the felt so the tables stay great for the next group. 🚭 Smoking is outdoors only. ☀️ Local heads-up: summer weekends and big event dates fill AC fast, so it's worth booking beach days, shows, and dinner reservations a little ahead. We've sweated the details so your stay is easy from the first message to checkout. Anything we didn't cover? Just ask — that's what we're here for.
